Mr. Bhaskar Bhattar

With a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Finance/Marketing Management, he brings over 22 years of expertise in Marketing, Project Management, and Joint Ventures, specializing in water, wastewater treatment, and environmental management systems. His extensive experience also includes renewable energy solutions such as solar and wind mills, as well as FRP and carbon fiber composites.

A visionary entrepreneur, he has worked across diverse industries—including Cement, Steel, Telecom, Infrastructure, Paper & Pulp, Textile, Railways, PWD, PHE, and Defense—driving innovation and sustainable solutions. He has played a pivotal role in securing three patents for the company and establishing joint ventures with organizations like Hindustan Zinc Ltd for hazardous waste recycling. Mr. Professor V.C. Malshe

He holds a doctorate degree in technology from UDCT Mumbai and has experience of 37 years in the field of chemical technologies. He retired from UDCT as a professor of “Paint Technology”. He had also worked with ION Exchange as R & D guide in from 1984-1993. He has expertise in water treatment chemicals, water disinfection, electro chlorinators, electro deionization, design of RDE electrode for electrocoagulation for water and waste water treatment, electro dialysis, R.O. and environmental engineering. He has to his credit more than 100 papers published (national & International) on chemical technology and is on the editorial board of various magazines. He is also a writer of various books on chemical engineering which are course books to various engineering colleges. He is the brain behind the development of Ozone generators with IGBT technology (Designed on high voltage and high frequency) with ceramic/quartz/silicon electrodes as options. Presently he is working on Nano-Technology with an American Company.

Mr. Venkat R Puranam

Holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from IIT, Kanpur. He has more than 30 years of experience and 150 projects in water and wastewater treatment to his credit. His strengths lie in conceptualization, design, detailed engineering, marketing and commissioning of WTPs, ETPs, and STPs & CETPs. He has held several senior positions including that of Chief – Consultancy Services at Environment Protection Training & Research Institute (EPTRI), Director (Technical) at Ramky Engineers Pvt. Ltd., and Director (Technical) at Envirad Projects Pvt. Ltd. He has also been extensively involved in projects on Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Management Plans (EMP). He was also a key member of the team which developed the “WATER VISION 2020” document for the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. R.K. Jain

Shri R.K. Jain who retired as Member (Thermal) & Ex-Officio additional Secretary to the Government of India is an eminent power engineer with distinguished record of contributions in the power sector in the country. Shri Jain graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of engineering in the year 1968. With a brilliant academic career, he served as Lecturer in Regional Engineering collage, Kurukshetra soon after graduation. Thereafter he joined CEA in 1970. During his long stint spanning over 32 years in CEA, Shri Jain specialized in design & engineering of Control & Instrumentation system, Data Acquisition System, Microprocessor based distributed digital control system, standardization of thermal plants, design of training simulator, renovation & modernization to thermal power plants, financial & restructuring , examination of Power Purchase Agreements, arbitration proceedings and legal matters, interpretation of electricity acts, advising Electricity Regulatory Commission

Mr. Roop Narayan Bhattar

Shri Roop Narayan Ji is a LLB (Gold Medalist) with a very wide experience of Industrial Research, planning, designing and has implemented various industrial projects successfully. He has a deep knowledge and experience about the government policies, legal, financial & commercial aspects of projects and its implication which enables him to deliver success time to time. Owns various Agro Based Industries, involved in Corporate Farming (with focus on Integrated Pest Management, Organic Farming, Drip Irrigation, Vermi-compost usage etc.) since last 35 years. He also served as a Managing director with Bhattar Poly Weave & Plast Pvt. Ltd from the year 1986-2004 manufacturing Poly Sack bags. Mr. P.P Maheshwari

A chartered Engineer with Graduate degree in Mechanical engineering he has been felicitated by the Institute of Engineers (India) as the best outstanding Engineers award of whole Maharashtra state for his achievements in Energy Conservation. He has developed and holds a patent for FRP hollow blade cooling tower fans. He owns 26 year old company M/s Amalgamated Industrial Composites Pvt. Ltd. with state of art manufacturing facilities like Filament winding machine, various Moulding machines etc. for GRP products, Carbon Fiber (carbon composites). He also has a wide experience in design, production and implementation of Wind Mills projects with a Swedish Company. He also has a very technical tie ups with M/s Albert Spay of Germany for composite technology & various IIT’s for Aerodynamics & Energy Conservation technique.

Mr. K Sambasiva Rao

With an industry experience of more than 32 years in fire safety systems, Mr. Ramesh Gadge is easily one of the most experience professionals in the fire safety industry today in the country. He his career with Minimax as the Central India Sales and Service Executive in the late 80’s before founding GSFSPL. He is on the panels of various safety councils of the government, semi government and private organizations and communities. He also finds time to be a visiting faculty in a lot of fire engineering colleges to teach the new breed of fire engineers.

With over 30 years of rich experience, Mukesh M.
